We recognize that emergencies and events beyond your control may occasionally occur that makes it impossible, or impractical to keep the appointment. If that is the case, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment to the earliest opportunity that will work for you.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, will be charged 50% of the service total.

 

NO SHOWS & LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

“No-shows” and appointments cancelled less than 4hr before your appointment will be charged 100%.​​​​
